I started this company for one reason and that is to unify and simplify the real estate web community. As an active real estate professional I have the unique advantage to recognize what both the general public want in a real estate website as well as what agents want. My background in real estate includes, loan officer, licensed real estate agent since 2001, landlord since 2002, real estate broker since 2007 as well as a member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. I have served as the vice chair and chairman of the legislative committee on the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. All of my experience has afforded the opportunity to really see what is missing and what would really enhance the web. During the search for our first home I used many websites to search for properties. Looking for a home was exhausting and stressful and I wanted one site that could help me. I would check various sites for different information and even that didn’t give me all of the information that I needed. Our company bio explains the frustration I felt during my search. After talking to friends and colleagues I realized that we were all in the same boat. My background is not in real estate, I am a licensed clinical social worker. I felt so strongly about creating a website to help the general public after my search for my first home and I hope that our site offers you everything that was missing when I was looking.
